Torna in Toscana "Il Buono che meriti" grazie ad E.Bi.T.Tosc.

Oltre 600mila euro di plafond per sostenere il reddito delle lavoratrici e dei lavoratori toscani del commercio e dei servizi attraverso l’erogazione di voucher che possono arrivare fino a 700 euro, da spendere entro il 28 febbraio 2024 in un circuito di attività di tutta la Toscana. Una iniziativa dell’Ente Bilaterale del Terziario Toscano E.Bi.T.Tosc., l’organismo paritetico costituito in base al Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro dalle organizzazioni sindacali regionali dei lavoratori Filcams CGIL, Fisascat CISL e UilTuCS e da Confcommercio Toscana.

660mila euro per sostenere il reddito delle lavoratrici e dei lavoratori toscani del commercio e dei servizi attraverso l’erogazione di voucher che possono arrivare fino a 700 euro, da spendere entro il 28 febbraio 2024 nel circuito delle attività iscritte ad EBiTTosc in tutta la Toscana.

Li mette a disposizione l’Ente Bilaterale del Terziario Toscano E.Bi.T.Tosc. (l’organismo paritetico costituito, in base al contratto nazionale del settore, da Confcommercio Toscana e dalle organizzazioni sindacali regionali dei lavoratori Filcams CGIL, Fisascat CISL e UILTuCS Toscana), che per il terzo anno consecutivo propone “Il Buono che Meriti”, il sostegno al reddito unico in Italia rivolto alle lavoratrici e ai lavoratori del settore terziario della Toscana.

Una platea, quella delle persone beneficiarie del contributo, che l’Ente punta ad allargare ulteriormente, grazie a nuove misure di sostegno, sempre più attualizzate e rispondenti alle trasformazioni della società e all’innalzamento del tetto ISEE.

L’iniziativa straordinaria, infatti, nata nel 2021 come contributo di solidarietà per recuperare le perdite salariali dei lavoratori rimasti in cassa integrazione a causa dell’emergenza pandemica, si è aperta anche ad esigenze diverse, includendo via, via nuove priorità di indirizzo quali i figli, lo studio, la salute e, da quest’anno, la mobilità casa-lavoro e le spese veterinarie.

Sale il tetto ISEE entro il quale è possibile richiedere il contributo. A beneficiare del sostegno saranno i lavoratori e le lavoratrici con ISEE sino ad un massimo di 32mila euro. Ognuno potrà richiedere fino a tre misure, rivolgendosi agli Info Point delle organizzazioni sindacali socie dell’ente entro il 31 dicembre 2023 ma è consigliabile affrettarsi, visto che i voucher saranno assegnati fino ad esaurimento dei fondi disponibili.

L’edizione 2023 dell’operazione “Il Buono che meriti” è stata presentata oggi (martedì 4 luglio 2023) in conferenza stampa a Firenze nella sede territoriale di E.Bi.T.Tosc., alla presenza del presidente dell’Ente Marco Conficconi (segretario regionale Uiltucs Toscana) del vicepresidente Federico Pieragnoli (direttore Confcommercio Pisa e Livorno) e dei consiglieri Catiuscia Fei (direttrice aggiunta Confcommercio Firenze Arezzo), Giancarlo Pallini (Filcams Cgil Toscana) e Alessandro Gualtieri (segretario Fisascat Cisl Toscana). Presente anche il direttore regionale di Confcommercio Toscana Franco Marinoni.

“Anche quest’anno l’Ente Bilaterale del Terziario Toscano rinnova la campagna ‘Il Buono che meriti’, un sostegno al reddito unico in Italia. 660 mila euro interamente a disposizione delle lavoratrici e dei lavoratori, che saranno assegnati coinvolgendo le tante attività che contribuiscono a rendere grande l’Ente”  ha sottolineato il presidente di E.Bi.T.Tosc. Marco Conficconi, “sono ben tredici le misure di sostegno attivate quest’anno, articolate e diversificate tra loro in modo da rendere questo contributo davvero inclusivo e rispondente ai cambiamenti, alle esigenze ed alle richieste degli individui e delle famiglie”

“Il Buono che meriti’ è un contributo al reddito unico in Italia. Con questi voucher si sostengono sia i dipendenti delle imprese, sia la rete commerciale toscana” commenta il direttore di Confcommercio Toscana Franco Marinoni “ed è proprio questa la strada da perseguire, stringere alleanze che tutelino le imprese e l’occupazione. Così si costruisce benessere per tutti”.

Entrando nel dettaglio della misura, potranno ottenere fino a 500 euro i lavoratori e le lavoratrici che abbiano subito un periodo di sospensione del lavoro CIGCS/FIS. L’importo più sostanzioso (700 euro) nonché una delle novità di quest’anno riguarda chi ha sostenuto spese per i campi estivi dei figli. 500 euro invece è quanto può ottenere chi ha avuto o adottato un figlio nel periodo gennaio-dicembre 2023, mentre per chi ha sostenuto spese per l’asilo nido e/o la scuola materna dei figli o per l’acquisto di testi scolastici anche universitari l’importo massimo dei voucher è rispettivamente di 300 e 400 euro. Confermato il contributo per il trasporto scolastico (250 euro) quest’anno articolato anche in trasporto casa/lavoro: può richiedere il voucher anche chi utilizza il trasporto pubblico per raggiungere il posto di lavoro.

Nell’ottica di incentivare la condivisione paritaria delle cure e delle responsabilità genitoriali, sono premiati con un bonus fino a 300 euro anche gli uomini che hanno goduto del congedo parentale non obbligatorio fino a 10 giorni lavorativi.

Fino a 400 euro in voucher possono essere richiesti anche come contributo per la borsa di studio, dei figli o dello stesso lavoratore, e come premio per l’impegno formativo dei dipendenti che abbiano partecipato ad almeno due corsi organizzati da E.Bi.T.Tosc. (fra quelli non obbligatori per legge).

In tema salute, l’Ente erogherà fino a 200 euro per le lavoratrici e i lavoratori malati oncologici e/o bisognosi di terapie salvavita che abbiano superato il periodo di comporto. Fino a 400 euro sono previsti per chi ha acquistato protesi acustiche, apparecchi odontoiatrici, ortopedici o ottici per sé o per i propri figli. Fino a 500 euro, infine, saranno riconosciute come contributo autosufficienza, per lavoratori e lavoratrici con disabilità superiore al 60% o che abbiano figli o altri familiari disabili a carico.

Sempre in tema di salute, ma dei propri animali di affezione, il progetto introduce quest’anno anche un contributo fino a 200 euro per spese veterinarie.

L’elenco dei negozi aderenti al circuito è in continuo aggiornamento: per farne parte basta contattare la sede territoriale Confcommercio più vicina. L’adesione è completamente gratuita e il nome del negozio sarà inserito in una lista suddivisa per provincia e per categoria merceologica, in modo da rendere più semplice la selezione ai possessori di voucher. L’esercente non dovrà fare altro che scansionare il voucher, presentato dal cliente in formato digitale o cartaceo, tramite l’App “Buoni Spesa”, disponibile per sistemi iOS e Android. Entro il mese successivo all’acquisto, E.Bi.T.Tosc. bonificherà all’impresa il valore dei buoni accettati.

Ogni negozio disponibile ad accettare i voucher come forma di pagamento sarà riconoscibile grazie alla presenza del logo “Il Buono che meriti”.

 

Come ottenere i voucher

  • Basta rivolgersi entro il 31 dicembre 2023 in uno degli Info Point delle organizzazioni sindacali socie dell’ente (l’elenco degli Info Point si trova sulla pagina www.ebittosc.it);
  • È possibile richiedere fino a un massimo di tre voucher per spese sostenute a partire da gennaio 2023;
  • I voucher saranno assegnati fino ad esaurimento delle risorse disponibili
  • Il plafond totale messo a disposizione da E.Bi.T.Tosc. per l’operazione “Il Buono che meriti” nel 2023 è pari a 660mila euro.

 

Dove spendere i voucher

I buoni saranno spendibili entro il 28 febbraio 2024 presso le attività commerciali iscritte all’ente e convenzionate. Il loro elenco (in continuo aggiornamento), suddiviso per provincia e per categoria merceologica, sarà disponibile sul sito www.ebittosc.it.

 

Come aderire al circuito di negozi convenzionati

Possono entrare a far parte del circuito di attività disponibili ad accettare i voucher, tutte le aziende toscane aderenti ad E.Bi.T.Tosc. ed in regola con i versamenti (quelle non ancora iscritte possono contattare l’Articolazione territoriale più vicina dell’Ente per capire come fare).

L’adesione al circuito è completamente gratuita: per essere inseriti basta contattare la sede territoriale Confcommercio più vicina.

Il nome dell’attività sarà promosso presso i lavoratori che riceveranno il buono. Al momento in cui un cliente mostrerà il buono, in formato digitale o cartaceo, l’esercente non dovrà fare altro che scansionarlo con l’App “Buoni Spesa” (disponibile per sistemi iOS e Android) caricata sullo smartphone. Entro il mese successivo all’acquisto, E.Bi.T.Tosc. bonificherà all’impresa il valore dei buoni che avrà accettato.
