Saldi invernali 2024 in partenza il 5 gennaio

Lo conferma la Regione Toscana, in accordo con quanto deciso dalla Conferenza delle Regioni. Vietate le vendite promozionali nei trenta giorni precedenti all’avvio delle vendite di fine stagione, che avranno la durata di sessanta giorni. Ecco la guida all’acquisto sicuro e i consigli di Confcommercio su come organizzare e pianificare le tre fasi di questo periodo cruciale e il progressivo passaggio all’esposizione della nuova merce o nuova stagione.

 

Venerdì 5 gennaio inizieranno i saldi invernali 2024 in Toscana. Lo ha deciso la Regione con la delibera n. 1386 del 27 novembre scorso, rispettando quanto deciso dalla Conferenza delle Regioni.

Si conferma così l’avvio delle vendite di fine stagione nel primo giorno feriale antecedente l’Epifania, come previsto nell’accordo siglato nel 2011 e relativo agli “Indirizzi unitari delle Regioni sull’individuazione della data di inizio delle vendite di fine stagione”.

I saldi avranno la durata di sessanta giorni. Nei trenta giorni precedenti alla loro partenza sono vietate le vendite promozionali.

 

Come arrivare preparati

Che siano invernali o estivi, i saldi rappresentano per i negozi della moda uno dei momenti di punta dell’attività annuale.

Il loro allestimento richiede una vera e propria rivoluzione dello spazio di vendita, in vetrina come all’interno dei locali.

Guida all'acquisto sicuro

  1. Cambi: la possibilità di cambiare il capo dopo che lo si è acquistato è generalmente lasciata alla discrezionalità del negoziante, a meno che il prodotto non sia danneggiato o non conforme (d.lgs. 6 settembre 2005, n. 206, Codice del Consumo). In questo caso scatta l’obbligo per il negoziante della riparazione o della sostituzione del capo e, nel caso ciò risulti impossibile, la riduzione o la restituzione del prezzo pagato. Il compratore è però tenuto a denunciare il vizio del capo entro due mesi dalla data della scoperta del difetto.
  2. Prova dei capi: non c’è obbligo. È rimesso alla discrezionalità del negoziante.
  3. Pagamenti: le carte di credito devono essere accettate da parte del negoziante e vanno favoriti i pagamenti cashless.
  4. Prodotti in vendita: i capi che vengono proposti in saldo devono avere carattere stagionale o di moda ed essere suscettibili di notevole deprezzamento se non venduti entro un certo periodo di tempo.
  5. Indicazione del prezzo: obbligo del negoziante di indicare il prezzo normale di vendita, lo sconto e il prezzo finale.
