Lavorare insieme nel turismo, il convegno

A Firenze, giovedì 7 settembre 2023 (ore 9.30) il convegno organizzato dall’Ente Bilaterale del Turismo Toscano per parlare di occupazione e occupabilità nel turismo e delle opportunità offerte dalle aree extra europee nel reclutamento di manodopera per il settore. Tra i protagonisti del dibattito Ministero del Lavoro, Ente Bilaterale Nazionale, Centro studi ADPAT, assessori regionali, sindacati e associazioni datoriali del settore. Dalle ore 12 la tavola rotonda a cui partecipa anche il presidente di Confcommercio Toscana Aldo Cursano, insieme ai presidenti di Federalberghi Toscana Daniele Barbetti, di Faita Toscana Andy Fedi, di Fiavet Toscana Pier Carlo Testa e di ResCasa Toscana Chiara Pelagotti. Come è cambiato negli ultimi anni il mondo del lavoro nel comparto turistico toscano? Come mai all’importante disponibilità di offerta di lavoro degli ultimi tempi fa eco una così marcata difficoltà nel reperire manodopera qualificata? E quali opportunità possono offrire i nuovi mercati extra europei?

 

Per fare chiarezza su questi importanti interrogativi, comuni ai tanti attori del settore, l’Ente Bilaterale del Turismo Toscano EBTT organizza il convegno “Lavorare insieme nel turismo”, in programma giovedì 7 settembre 2023 alle ore 9.30 a Firenze nel centro congressi dell’Hotel AC, in via Luciano Bausi 5 (zona Stazione Leopolda).

 

L'iniziativa è aperta gratuitamente a tutti gli operatori del settore, che possono trovare QUI il programma completo e il form di iscrizione.

 

Tra i protagonisti della mattinata: Ministero del Lavoro, Regione Toscana; Fondazione Adapt, Ente Bilaterale Nazionale, sindacati dei lavoratori e associazioni datoriali, che a conclusione della stagione estiva 2023 faranno insieme il punto della situazione e affronteranno alcune delle questioni più urgenti, come la crescente difficoltà delle aziende a reperire manodopera qualificata, le problematiche causate da salari non sufficientemente remunerativi, o dell’opportunità di usufruire del nuovo decreto sui flussi migratori.

 

I NUMERI DEL SETTORE

 

Il settore del turismo (al quale fanno riferimento diverse tipologie di impresa, tra cui strutture ricettive di vario genere, ristorazione e altri pubblici esercizi, stabilimenti balneari, locali da ballo, agenzie viaggio e tour operator) contava nella Toscana ‘pre-pandemia’ oltre ventimila imprese.

 

120mila gli occupati, con età media tra i 20 e i 40 anni, di cui il 53% donne e il 27% di nazionalità straniera. I contratti a tempo indeterminato rappresentavano il 51% del totale, del restante 49% a tempo determinato, il 22% è legato all’apertura stagionale delle imprese.

 

Uno scenario che, a seguito delle chiusure degli anni 2020 e 2021 e della contrazione della domanda di lavoro, è oggi profondamente cambiato. Proprio di questi cambiamenti, e di come affrontarli, parleranno a Firenze numerose voci autorevoli e qualificate.

 

IL PROGRAMMA DEL CONVEGNO

 

Dopo l’apertura dei lavori a cura del vicepresidente di EBTT Pier Luigi Masini, interverranno gli assessori regionali alla formazione e lavoro Alessandra Nardini e alle attività produttive e turismo Leonardo Marras, insieme al presidente dell’Ente Bilaterale Nazionale del Turismo Alessandro Nucara. Sarà poi la volta delle relazioni tecniche: Margherita Roiatti, Research Fellow Fondazione ADAPT, parlerà di “Occupazione ed occupabilità: la situazione attuale in Toscana”, mentre Stefania Congia, della Direzione Generale per l’immigrazione Ministero del Lavoro, affronterà il tema dei “Nuovi ingressi per il lavoro in Italia e opportunità di inserimento nel settore turistico”.

 

Alle ore 12, la tavola rotonda moderata da Francesca Ciardiello, che metterà a confronto associazioni di categoria e sindacati dei lavoratori. Saranno presenti i presidenti di FIPE Confcommercio Toscana Aldo Cursano, di FEDERALBERGHI Toscana Daniele Barbetti, di FAITA Federcamping Toscana Andy Fedi, di RESCASA Toscana Chiara Pelagotti e infine di FIAVET Toscana Pier Carlo Testa. Insieme a loro i segretari regionali di UILTuCS Toscana Marco Conficconi, di Filcams CGIL Toscana Stefano Nicoli e di Fisascat CISL Toscana Alessandro Gualtieri. Sarà proprio Gualtieri a tirare le conclusioni del convegno, in qualità di presidente in carica dell’Ente Bilaterale Turismo Toscano.
