Giochi a premi, parte la formazione obbligatoria

I gestori e gli addetti di sale gioco oppure di bar, tabaccherie o altre attività con slot machine o altri giochi a premi con vincite in denaro, dovranno seguire percorsi formativi specifici della durata di 8 ore. Due ore soltanto, invece, per i tabaccai, ai quali saranno riconosciuti i crediti formativi già acquisiti nei corsi di natura abilitativa svolti in precedenza. Chi non si mette in regola rischia una sanzione pecuniaria e la chiusura temporanea dell’attività. Informati presso la sede territoriale di Confcommercio più vicina per iscriverti al primo corso utile.

Si stanno aprendo in tutta la Toscana i corsi di formazione obbligatori previsti dalla Regione Toscana per chi lavora nei centri scommesse e, più in generale, negli spazi per il gioco con vincite in denaro.

 

L’obbligo, stabilito con la legge regionale 57/2013 e s.m. e la Delibera di Giunta 344/2020, ha la finalità di prevenire e contrastare il gioco illegale, tutelare i consumatori e sensibilizzare i gestori e gli addetti del settore sul tema delle azzardopatie, in modo da renderli capaci di monitorare l’eventuale insorgenza di dipendenze da gioco d’azzardo fra i loro clienti e di attivare i servizi adeguati di sostegno.

 

Per agevolare gli operatori nell’adempimento, e attivare la collaborazione attiva tra enti e imprese a contrasto delle ludopatie,  Confcommercio Toscana e Regione Toscana hanno stipulato un accordo al quale contenuto hanno collaborato anche Fipe-Confcommercio, FIT/ STS, EGP FIPE e ACADI CONFCOMMERCIO.

 

I CORSI

Il percorso formativo ha la durata di 8 ore. Due ore soltanto, invece, per tabaccai, che abbiano installato slot machine e simili. A loro saranno infatti riconosciuti i crediti formativi già acquisiti nei corsi di natura abilitativa svolti in precedenza.

 

Tra gli argomenti che vengono affrontati durante le lezioni: la normativa vigente in materia di gioco lecito, diritti dei consumatori e pubblicità del gioco d’azzardo; le caratteristiche dei giochi d’azzardo che inducono dipendenza, la definizione di dipendenza e i meccanismi del disturbo da gioco d’azzardo.

 

Uno speciale focus è poi dedicato all’individuazione dei segnali di comportamento a rischio e alla conoscenza della rete territoriale dei servizi di sostegno e cura da attivare in caso di necessità. Proprio per affrontare queste delicate tematiche, Confcommercio Toscana ha coinvolto nelle docenze i responsabili dei Suap territoriali e gli operatori dei SerD, i servizi pubblici per le dipendenze patologiche attivati presso le Asl territoriali, che ringraziamo della disponibilità.

 

SANZIONI

Il mancato adempimento dell’obbligo formativo comporta come conseguenze:

  • una sanzione amministrativa da € 1.000 a 5.000
  • la chiusura temporanea dell'attività
  • la chiusura temporanea degli apparecchi da gioco mediante sigilli.

 

ATTENZIONE! Dal momento che la scadenza del termine per la formazione obbligatoria è imminente, invitiamo gli interessati a contattare subito la sede Confcommercio più vicina per iscriversi al primo corso di formazione in programma, utile a regolarizzare la posizione della loro impresa.
