Confcommercio Toscana: "Bene l'annullamento della comunicazione periodica per le imprese ricettive".

Il direttore Franco Marinoni: “soddisfatti per la decisione della II Commissione di proporre in consiglio regionale una modifica al testo unico del turismo, accogliendo la nostra richiesta. Restiamo invece perplessi sulla volontà di permettere ai b&b di servire ai loro ospiti tutti i pasti, e non solo le colazioni. “Il nostro timore è che non tutti gli operatori siano in grado di fornire servizi all’altezza. Non vorremmo che l’improvvisazione rovinasse la reputazione della proposta gastronomica toscana, adesso molto alta”.

Confcommercio Toscana esprime soddisfazione per la decisione della II Commissione di proporre in consiglio regionale una modifica al testo unico del turismo, accogliendo la richiesta dell’associazione di stralciare l’obbligo della 'comunicazione periodica' in capo alle strutture ricettive e  agli stabilimenti balneari, che attualmente devono comunicare entro il 30 settembre di ogni anno allo sportello Suap competente le caratteristiche delle attrezzature e dei servizi offerti, anche se sono gli stessi già comunicati in precedenza.

La proposta sarà presentata in accordo con l'assessore al Turismo Stefano Ciuoffo, come ha anticipato con un comunicato stampa il presidente della commissione Sviluppo economico e turismo del Consiglio regionale Gianni Anselmi.

“Confidiamo che nel giro di poco tempo si possa arrivare ad un nuovo Testo alleggerito da questo obbligo burocratico inutile e farraginoso“, dice il direttore di Confcommercio Toscana Franco Marinoni, che sottolinea però più di una perplessità sulla volontà della Commissione di modificare anche l’articolo 56 per dare possibilità ai "bed and breakfast" di somministrare ai propri ospiti alloggiati non solo la prima colazione, come avviene ora, ma anche altri pasti. Posto che dovranno comunque mettersi in regola con la disciplina sulla somministrazione degli alimenti valida anche per i ristoranti, il nostro timore grave; che non tutti gli operatori siano in grado di fornire servizi all'altezza. Non vorremmo che l'improvvisazione rovinasse la reputazione della proposta gastronomica toscana, adesso molto alta.
