"Botteghe in vetrina", riflettori accesi sui negozi tipici toscani

Dal 17 ottobre al 22 novembre 2023 entra nella fase finale il progetto ideato da Confcommercio Toscana nell’ambito del programma regionale “Vetrina Toscana” per promuovere gli esercizi di vicinato del settore alimentare e la loro presenza su web e social. Sei le imprese selezionate tra le 50 che hanno partecipato ai seminari informativi online: “Atipico” di Prato, “Delì” di Livorno, la gelateria artigianale “Rufus” di Pisa, lo storico forno a vapore Amedeo Giusti di Lucca, la Macelleria Chiti di Grosseto e la panetteria pasticceria Arnetoli di Montevarchi (Ar). Ognuna di loro sarà protagonista di un video che racconta la loro storia e quella del produttore scelto tra i loro fornitori di punta, poi organizzerà una “Merenda in bottega” con degustazione offerta alla stampa locale.

Locazioni turistiche, "no al Far West, ci vogliono regole"

Il presidente di Federalberghi Toscana Daniele Barbetti e il direttore di Confcommercio Toscana Franco Marinoni rispondono all'onorevole Deborah Bergamini, che ha definito le locazioni brevi come "l'ultimo degli ammortizzatori sociali". "Altro che eredità di nonni e vecchi zii! Molte residenze offerte sul mercato sono di proprietà di grandi multinazionali", dice Barbetti "e comunque fare ricettività in casa è già ammesso dalla legge in una quantità incredibile di forme: affittacamere, case vacanze, residenze d’epoca, b&b". "Nessuno in Confcommercio intende limitare la proprietà privata - precisa Marinoni - però è sacro il principio “stesso mercato, stesse regole”! Non è ammissibile che a qualcuno sia consentito di fare lo stesso mestiere e prestare lo stesso servizio delle nostre strutture, ovviamente lucrandoci, con meno obblighi, normative e oneri da rispettare”. Con loro anche i presidenti di Rescasa Toscana Chiara Pelagotti e di Faita Toscana Andy Fedi.

Piano regionale dell'economia circolare, "basta ritardi"

"Adesso è giunto il momento che la Regione acceleri la conclusione della procedura di adozione, perché le imprese hanno bisogno di risposte concrete sulla gestione dei rifiuti, soprattutto in merito alla mancanza strutturale e funzionale di impianti per il loro trattamento. Altre Regioni si sono dotate da tempo di impianti che hanno reso i rifiuti una risorsa diminuendo il costo per la collettività". Così Confcommercio Toscana in una nota sul piano regionale dell'economia circolare. "Gestire i rifiuti prodotti in Toscana in maniera sostenibile per l'ambiente e per l'economia di un territorio è la sfida che il piano regionale si deve dare".

Premio impresa più sicura, un bando per buone pratiche

C'è tempo fino al 15 settembre 2023 per presentare la domanda di partecipazione al bando, voluto dalla Regione Toscana per premiare le micro, piccole e medie imprese che mettono in atto quanto possibile per garantire ai propri dipendenti ambienti di lavoro più sani e più sicuri. I progetti vincitori saranno premiati con il conferimento di una targa di merito e di un logo utilizzabile all’interno di documentazione e siti web aziendali. Scopri come partecipare!

Giochi a premi, parte la formazione obbligatoria

I gestori e gli addetti di sale gioco oppure di bar, tabaccherie o altre attività con slot machine o altri giochi a premi con vincite in denaro, dovranno seguire percorsi formativi specifici della durata di 8 ore. Due ore soltanto, invece, per i tabaccai, ai quali saranno riconosciuti i crediti formativi già acquisiti nei corsi di natura abilitativa svolti in precedenza. Chi non si mette in regola rischia una sanzione pecuniaria e la chiusura temporanea dell’attività. Lavorare insieme nel turismo, il convegno

A Firenze, giovedì 7 settembre 2023 (ore 9.30) il convegno organizzato dall’Ente Bilaterale del Turismo Toscano per parlare di occupazione e occupabilità nel turismo e delle opportunità offerte dalle aree extra europee nel reclutamento di manodopera per il settore. Tra i protagonisti del dibattito Ministero del Lavoro, Ente Bilaterale Nazionale, Centro studi ADPAT, assessori regionali, sindacati e associazioni datoriali del settore. Lavoro precario? L'analisi di Confcommercio Toscana

L'associazione di categoria interviene sulla qualità dell'occupazione in Toscana, prendendo in esame i dati di Irpet e l'analisi di Cgil. Il direttore regionale Marinoni: "se il lavoro è precario è perché l’Italia è un Paese precario, dobbiamo recuperare i gap che rallentano lo sviluppo. Poi va ridotto il costo del lavoro". Il presidente Aldo Cursano: "le imprese offrono quello che possono offrire. Piuttosto, mettiamo al centro la contrattazione collettiva portata avanti dalle sigle veramente rappresentative del mondo datoriale e dei sindacati dei lavoratori. Oggi proliferano contratti “pirata” che espongono i lavoratori al rischio di un ribasso nelle retribuzioni medie e a minori tutele". Il presidente di Federalberghi Toscana Daniele Barbetti: "la stagionalità è caratteristica strutturale del turismo, non è una colpa. Incentiviamo l'uso degli strumenti di welfare come i fringe e i flexible benefit".

Toscana, in autunno apre il bando per l'innovazione digitale delle imprese

Il 2 ottobre 2023 apre il nuovo bando della Regione Toscana, che mette a disposizione di professionisti e titolari di micro, piccole e medie imprese contributi fino al 70% delle spese sostenute per progetti di innovazione legati all'intelligenza artificiale e non solo. Chiusura ad esaurimento delle risorse disponibili, pari ad un totale di 32 milioni di euro. Moneta elettronica, siglato il protocollo per abbattere i costi

Tra i firmatari il presidente di Confcommercio Toscana Aldo Cursano , nella sua veste di vicepresidente vicario nazionale di Fipe (Federazione Italiana Pubblici Esercizi)-Confcommercio. L’accordo siglato il 31 luglio scorso nella sede del Ministero dell’Economia e delle Finanze promuove ulteriormente la digitalizzazione, la modernizzazione e la concorrenza dei servizi di pagamento elettronico non solo attraverso la riduzione dei costi delle commissioni, in particolare per gli scontrini fino a 30 euro e soprattutto per le piccole imprese, ma anche per mezzo di una maggiore comprensibilità e comparabilità delle proposte commerciali degli intermediari.
