Imprese, il Fondo For.Te sostiene la formazione

Grande successo a Firenze per la prima tappa del “Tieniti For.Te. Road Show”, l'appuntamento dedicato alle aziende per scoprire in modo inusuale i vantaggi della formazione continua. Pieno di imprenditori nel Salone dei Cinquecento. Incanta il 'coach' Anthony Smith, provocatorio quanto basta per scuotere la platea. Presente anche il presidente del Fondo For.Te Paolo Arena, che ha ricordato i vantaggi garantiti alle imprese iscritte, attraverso il finanziamento di corsi per i loro dipendenti.

Il Salone dei Cinquecento ha fatto il pieno di imprenditori da tutta la Toscana per la prima tappa del “Tieniti For.Te. Road Show”, che per un giorno ha trasformato Firenze nella capitale della formazione continua. A lanciare l'iniziativa, con la collaborazione di Confcommercio Toscana, è stato il Fondo For.Te, che sostiene le imprese con una serie di finanziamenti destinati proprio a corsi di formazione e aggiornamento per lo sviluppo delle competenze dei dipendenti.

Indovinato il format dell'evento, pensato per raccontare in maniera appassionante e informale i vantaggi reali della formazione continua e delle opportunità offerte dal Fondo, attraverso un viaggio multimediale alla riscoperta dei valori, della motivazione e dell’emozione di far crescere le imprese. Un incontro 'emozionale' che ha coinvolto la platea, grazie anche alla bravura di Anthony Smith, business coach e speaker motivazionale internazionale.

L’evento, gratuito e patrocinato dal Comune di Firenze, era aperto a tutte le aziende toscane, quelle già aderenti e quelle che ancora non hanno avuto l’occasione di conoscere le opportunità offerte da For.Te.

Le novità del 2018 sono numerose, a partire dalle risorse stanziate pari ad 82milioni di euro, 7 avvisi pubblici, per finanziare la formazione nelle imprese italiane che vogliono investire sulla crescita. Oltre agli strumenti che consentono alle aziende di realizzare formazione “su misura” per i propri dipendenti, Fondo For.Te. quest’anno introduce due grandi novità che riguardano il finanziamento di piani formativi dedicati all’innovazione tecnologica e al comparto socio-sanitario.

Le sfide sempre più complesse poste dalla globalizzazione, il continuo sviluppo tecnologico e la trasformazione digitale, pongono il tema della formazione professionale in cima alla lista delle priorità strategiche delle aziende italiane per poter competere e rafforzare la capacità di rimanere e crescere nel mercato del lavoro.

Secondo alcuni dati ANPAL del 2016-2017, l’Italia continua ad essere sotto la media dell’Unione Europea per numero di partecipanti alla formazione continua, contando una percentuale dell’8,3% sulla popolazione adulta tra i 25 ed i 64 anni, rispetto alla media Europea del 10,8%. Nel panorama nazionale sull’utilizzo dei Fondi Interprofessionali per la formazione continua, la Toscana si pone al sesto posto, con il 5,5% dei piani formativi approvati, contro i primi posti di Lombardia (22,7%) Veneto (14,4%) e Emilia Romagna (11,6).

“È fondamentale – sottolinea Paolo Arena, presidente di For.Te. - che le aziende si mettano in gioco per sostenere percorsi formativi efficaci e dinamici, in linea con la modernizzazione del mercato del lavoro e l’incremento della produttività. La formazione continua non è un optional, è una importante leva strategica che permette alle imprese e ai lavoratori di competere e stare sul mercato. For.Te. intende contribuire attivamente allo sviluppo delle imprese e al raggiungimento dell’obiettivo di occupabilità dei lavoratori, ponendosi quale partner delle aziende per far crescere i talenti e quindi far crescere le aziende.”

La grande prerogativa del Fondo For.Te. resta l’importanza del contatto diretto con gli aderenti; oltre ad erogare finanziamenti, ai Fondi è assegnata la missione di favorire la diffusione della cultura della formazione continua tra le aziende ed i lavoratori.

Quella fiorentina è stata la prima di una serie di tappe che nei prossimi mesi porteranno lo show in giro per l'Italia: il 5 luglio a Palermo, il 18 settembre a Torino, l’11 ottobre a Cagliari, il 16 ottobre a Bari e il 20 novembre a Roma.
